Who Are We?
We are the area's restaurant meal delivery and catering service. Opened in August 1998, we're designed to make your life a little bit easier by bringing some of your favorite restaurants' food hot to your door. We feature many establishments that offer a wide variety of food for delivery, all in the privacy of your own home, office or hotel.
We are constantly talking to new restaurants to increase the variety of food that we can deliver. If your favorites are not in here, please mention to the restaurant manager that you would like to have their food delivered by Dine Out-In

Ordering is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3!

(1) Select the restaurant(s) and entrees of your choice by item number.
(2) If you are paying by credit card or check, please have it ready.
(3) Call Dine Out-In at (951) 739-9620 to order. Sit back and relax, we're on our way.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed or
cancelled as the restaurant has already begun meal preparation

How Much Does It Cost?
Only $5.99 for restaurants in your local area. Please see the restaurant index and zone chart for minimum order and delivery charges for your area. All food orders over $50 will have a recommended 12% mobile waiter gratuity added.
How Long will it Take?
Your order will usually be delivered in about 45 to 60 minutes, however this can vary due to order size, restaurant preparation time, traffic, your distance from the restaurant, weather conditions and our workload. You will be given an approximate delivery time when ordering. To ensure a requested delivery time, please order in advance and your reservation will be given top priority.

Payment
When placing your order, our operators will ask which payment method you've selected. We accept cash, major credit cards and checks. Please have it ready when your food arrives; a valid picture ID is required on all check purchases. Checks will be pre-approved, must be payable to Dine Out-In and have your name and address imprinted. Sorry, we cannot accept checks from hotel customers. All menu prices include a 3.75% cash discount; payments made by credit card or check are subject to a 3.75% charge. all returned checks are subject to a $25 handling fee. Please inform our operator if you are using a large bill for payment.

Gratuities
Tips / Gratuities are NOT included in the delivery charge. Our Mobile Waiters use their own vehicles and work hard to ensure prompt and efficient deliveries. Please consider their efforts. 12% to 15% is customary, and you may include it on
your credit card or check if desired.
All food orders over $50.00 will have a recommended minimum 12% mobile waiter gratuity added.

Most pizza restaurants, some of which offer free delivery, deliver to a limited three mile radius of their establishment. Their drivers many times are able to take 2, 3, or even 4 orders for delivery at the same time, and travel limited distances to accomodate multiple deliveries. Pizza orders also are typically smaller orders and may foster smaller tips. Our drivers cover a much larger area and have to travel to different restaurants from their last delivery. They are dedicated to one order at a time, usually traveling a much greater distance and are dedicated to one order for at least 45-50 minutes.

We feel that tipping should be considered the same as if you were dining in a restaurant. A waiter or waitress in a restaurant is able to wait on multiple tables at the same time, which our drivers cannot do. In our business we anticipate that the "mobile waiter or waitress" should be tipped according to the size of the order, at a minimum of 12% - 15%. For customers who have shown a pattern of not tipping or tipping WELL BELOW our low benchmark of 12%, we reserve the right to apply a recommended minimum tip on their orders.

Catering

We offer the largest variety of cuisines in the local area available for delivery. Use us for your special event, employee relations lunch, staff meeting, training seminars, business lunches, birthdays, anniversaries, house warmings, graduations, receptions, etc. Party Platters and Trays are available from most restaurants. If possible, a one to two day notice is helpful for the restaurants and us. The last section of each restaurant's menu displays the catering selections. Let us help you plan your next special event. Complete settings, serving utencils, ice, cups, and cheesecakes are also available at additional cost.
